Why this matters | Te take

Why this matters | Te take

PATH is effective because it starts with the vision of ākonga having a good life and brings everyone together (whānau, kaiako, support people) to work as a team in making the vision a reality. It focuses on strengths, cultural identity, values, and aspirations, in a mana-enhancing and inclusive process. PATH helps make transition planning positive, purposeful, and personal.
